INDIANAPOLIS – The Snider girls soccer team advanced to the state title game with a 2-1 penalty-kick win over Culver Academy on Saturday in the state semifinals at Kuntz Stadium.
Snider (16-5-2) will face Evansville Memorial (21-2) in the evening's championship match.
The Panthers won the penalty kicks 3-0.
The game was tied at 1 after regulation and two overtimes. Elizabeth Carr scored the goal for the Panthers.

INDIANAPOLIS – Defending state champion and top-ranked Evansville Memorial beat No. 2 Homestead 1-0 Saturday in the state semifinals at Kuntz Stadium.
Evansville Memorial's Max Lachowecki scored the match's lone goal on a shot with just four minutes gone in the first half.
